Full System Motorcycle Exhausts
Full exhaust systems replace the header, mid-pipe, and silencer together — the maximum performance upgrade for improved flow, reduced weight, and increased power.
What Is a Full System Exhaust?
A full system exhaust replaces the entire exhaust from the header back — header, mid-pipe, and silencer. This allows the manufacturer to optimise every component for maximum flow and performance.
Full systems deliver the largest performance gains of any exhaust upgrade — improved horsepower, torque, and throttle response, combined with significant weight reduction.
Benefits of Full Systems
- •Maximum performance: 5–15% horsepower gain depending on bike and system
- •Weight reduction: 2–5 kg lighter than OEM exhaust
- •Improved throttle response: Better airflow across the entire RPM range
- •Optimised sound: Engineered tone specific to the bike's character
Tuning Requirements
Full systems change airflow enough that fuel-injected bikes usually benefit from a remap or fuel controller to avoid running lean. Roxstar confirms tuning requirements per order.
- •Fuel controller: Fuelpak, Power Commander, or similar
- •ECU remap: Custom dyno tune for optimal performance
- •Carburetted bikes: May need rejetting
